Refund and Compensation Policy

At ZOMAMI, customer satisfaction is our core promise. We ensure a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with every Jewelry, and gift delivered to your loved ones. If for any reason you are not pleased with the product we delivered, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may be eligible for a partial refund in the form of ZOMAMI credit, which will remain available for use within 12 months. In certain cases, additional compensation may be offered.

For any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to our ZOMAMI Customer Care team within 48 hours of the delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the received items to help us assess the situation and offer the best solution.

We are committed to timely deliveries. Should your order be delayed by more than 4 hours beyond the selected delivery window, contact ZOMAMI Customer Care for assistance. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as severe weather or access issues) are not covered under this guarantee.

Please note that if incorrect recipient information is provided, ZOMAMI cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensations for late or failed deliveries. Similarly, we are not liable if the recipient refuses to accept the gift or Jewelry.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing the order via our online payment gateway. Refunds in the form of ZOMAMI credit will be issued within 72 hours.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order up to 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled delivery window or before the preparation of the order begins. Cancellations within this timeframe may be eligible for a full refund.

Once your order is processed, our team begins preparing and coordinating your gifts and Jewelry’s to ensure delivery at the selected time. Due to this, once an order is under preparation or ready for delivery, it may be difficult to stop or cancel it.

Please note: All edible items and certain branded products are excluded from cancellation, as they are typically prepared more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

 

ZOMAMI-Initiated Cancellations

In rare instances, ZOMAMI may need to cancel an order. If this happens, you will be entitled to a full refund either through your original payment method or as ZOMAMI credit, based on ZOMAMI’ discretion. Reasons for ZOMAMI-initiated cancellations may include but are not limited to:

  • Inability to confirm or deliver your order.
  • Delivery location being outside our service area.
  • Unavailability of the selected product.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances preventing us from fulfilling your order.

If the order has been fully prepared and we are unable to reach you or the recipient after three delivery attempts within 48 hours, the order may be canceled without refund.

 

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your order as long as it has not yet been prepared. Rescheduling can be done for up to 10 days after the original scheduled date. If the order has already been prepared, you can reschedule it for delivery within 48 hours, ensuring that product quality is maintained.

Please note: Edible items and certain branded products cannot be rescheduled once they have entered preparation.

 

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the delivered items, please contact ZOMAMI Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

ZOMAMI currently does not offer exchanges, but you are entitled to a full refund for eligible returns where products were damaged upon delivery.

For products like jewelry or perfumes, which come into direct contact with skin, a 1-day return policy applies. The product must remain in its original sealed condition.

After your return request is processed, ZOMAMI will inspect the returned items. If approved, you will receive confirmation on the return status and how long it will take for the refund to be processed.

 

Excluded from return policy: Jewelry’s, underwear, personal grooming products, earrings, software, fresh produce, custom-made orders, and all edible items.

 

ZOMAMI Terms and Conditions
